Hello and welcome to Fired Works (Previously AngelSilver). All items in my store are designed and hand made by me, Marie Cavanagh in my studio in Buckinghamshire. Commissions are very welcome.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment. If you are in the UK and would like to pay by cheque please contact me prior to placing your order.
Shipping
I ship 1st class recorded to the UK and International signed for everywhere else. If the order requires additional insurance I will add this on at no charge to you.
Please send your fingerprints back by normal first class post and not priority shipping if you live outside the UK. This is normally the quickest and most cost effective way to get your prints back to me. Remember to only put the value of the putty (approx $1) on the customs label, if required, and not the value of the finished article. I have regularly been charged up to $20 when this happens.

Additional policies and FAQs
To comply with the Hallmarking Act 1973, all items bound for the UK over 7.78 grams will be hallmarked with my very own mark by the London Assay Office If you are outside of the UK and would like your item hallmarked, please leave a note to seller, but be aware that this could add a few days to the turnaround time.
